Jack02, I can understand where your disappointment in the Haitian community comes from, believe me i DO! But please remember that there are other individuals out there who have not given up on Haiti; individuals like ME who will NEVER give up our small roles in making a difference. Telelakaytv, YES it is worth it because there are Haitians who reside in the states who will go to Haiti to vote. The Diaspora can help! They need to feel like they are not outcasts. It is a great political move and it also opens up ample of opportunities for that certain party.

nope it's not worth it for any presidential candidates to campaingn abroad, i mean they can set up web sites to receive donation, not dat it would make any difference, haitians wouldnt help out any way. since when do the haitian government care about national security, these clowns need to shut their ass up about dat national security crap. without international aid it would apocalyptic in haiti. imagine haiti without international life support, trut me, everyone living there would be in shambles.
