Marinade au Poulet
Chicken Fritters. A snack or appetizer that's finger-licking good.
Serves 6  To   10
3 cupsFlour
1 cupWater
1 TspFinely Chopped Parsley
1 TspCrushed Hot Pepper ( Habernero Chlie)
2 TspBaking Powder
1 cupChicken, cooked, boneless, and shredded
1 cupVegetable oil
to tasteSalt
Combine flour with water. Add hot pepper, parsley, and baking powder. Let mixture rest for an hour. Add boneless, shredded chicken and salt. Heat oil and drop in mixture by tablespoonfuls. Fry until golden brown. then serve hot.
