Haitian Recipe
Fried Beef or Goat. A flavorful meaty addition to any menu.
Serves 4  To   6
2-3 Lbs.Beef or Goat, cut into small chunks
1/2 cupOrange juice
1/4 cupLime or Lemon juice
1/2 cupVegetable oil
1 TspParsley
to tasteSalt
to tasteBlack pepper
1 TbspMinced Garlic
1 TbspOnion powder
Add all ingredients in a large bowl, except for the vegetable oil. Let them marinate for at least 3-4 hours. Transfer meat mixture into a cooking pot. Add water to cover. Heat to boiling and reduce heat. Simmer covered until meat is very tender. Fry meat in a large frying pan, until golden brown.
