Our resident cooking expert is Valentine Joseph. She
has been creating culinary delights from the age of ten. After
discovering her affinity for cooking, Valentine spent the majority of her
free time at the side of her mom and grandmother while they cooked
such traditional Haitian meals as griot, diri kole avek pwa,
legume, lambi etc.... She further honed her skills as a housewife where on Sundays she would delight family and friends with
a variety of dishes . |

Besides Haitian cooking, Val's repertoire
includes Oriental, Italian, Mediterranean, West Indian, and African
cuisine. Her talents have also
led her to cater many parties and events.
Valentine is currently an Office
Manager for a leading insurance company in South Florida, where she
also resides with her beautiful daughter. Any questions or
